Lee County and Progressive Waste Solutions are talking money. The two sides are discussing how to resolve the fine that the county levied on the trash company last week. 

While Progressive Waste Solutions made an effort to explain to the county how they are fixing things, they say they won't pay the fine the county put on them. 

Ray Walters moved to Lehigh Acres as a kid. We found him getting a new building ready for Lehigh Acres' next homeowner. 

Walters owns a home on a dead street in Lehigh Acres and has seen the struggles of the Progressive Waste Solutions Trucks.
