Electronic Recyclers International to Add 125 at Two Units

Electronic Recyclers International (ERI) said it plans to hire 125 new employees at two of its locations.

ERI will hire 75 new workers at its Badin, N.C., e-waste recycling operation, and 50 people at its Flower Mound, Texas, facility. Fresno, Calif.-based ERI said in a news release the hires will come before this year’s holiday season.

“Our business is growing fast, and we continue to expand at each of our locations around the country,” said John Shegerian, ERI chairman and CEO. “Every year around the holidays we see a huge influx of unwanted electronics being discarded to make way for new and incoming gifts.”
