The acquisition will enable Morbark to expand its market presence to a broader range of industries, including landscapers, irrigation and trenching contractors, property owners and general contractors, according to a news release.

Manufacturing of the product line will be moved to Morbark’s facility in Winn.

“The strong strategic fit between our companies … will enable us to efficiently maximize the value and long-term potential of the Boxer product line, allowing it to become one of the market leaders in the compact utility loader category.”
