Advanced Disposal Services, Jacksonville, Fla., has announced the promotions of R. Mark Odekirk to district manager of the Atlanta market, Michael Cosman to district manager of the Montgomery, Ala., and Auburn-Opelika, Ala., markets and William R. Williams to general manager of the Augusta, Ga., and Aiken, S.C., markets.

Odekirk is the general and district manager for the company’s middle Georgia market covering Macon, Augusta and Americus. Cosman is the company’s general manager for its Atlanta market, and Williams is the general manager of C&C Services in Atlanta.
