Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Environmental Solutions Group (ESG) has purchased the DuaLift, KwikLift and LowLift lines of roll-on/roll-off hoists manufactured by Iberia, Ohio-based Refuse Parts Inc (RPI).

ESG includes Heil Environmental, Marathon Equipment Co. and Bayne Premium Lift Systems. The hoists will be available through Heil’s dealer network.

Three members of RPI’s executive management team — Dick Williams, Mark Mikelait and Charles Duell — will join ESG.
