SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT SUPERINTENDENT: Plans, organizes, supervises, manages and oversees all aspects of the Solid Waste Division for a growing community of over 200,000 residents. Requires Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, public administration, or related field; Considerable administrative experience, including experience in a managerial and team building capacity; Experience in contract administration; Experience managing both operational and capital budgets; 40-hour Hazwopper Certification; Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
