Peachtree City, Ga. -- The Harris Waste Management Group Inc. has entered into an agreement with King of Prussia, Pa.-based eMarket Capital to create a new service called Harris Waste Management Financial Services, which will provide lease management services to its customers and distributors.

The company also has re-launched its website: www.harriswaste.com.
