Deer Lodge, Mont. -- Sure-Way Systems Inc. (SWS) has acquired a medical waste processing facility in northern Alabama that will serve the Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi and North Florida markets. Also, Sharps Elimination Technologies Inc., Denver, will acquire all of SWS’s outstanding securities in exchange for 8,350,000 shares of common stock.
