Paper Recycling Firm Rock Tenn Aims to Reduce Waste by 15 Percent

Paper recycling firm Rock Tenn Co. said it plans to reduce its solid waste generation by 15 percent by 2020.

The Norcross, Ga.-based Rock Tenn said its other sustainability goals for 2020 include reducing energy use by 10 percent, greenhouse gas emissions by 10 percent and water use by 12 percent. The paper packaging and other products maker and recycler outlined its first sustainability report in a news release.
