Allied Waste Subsidiary To Issue $500 Million in Notes

Scottsdale, Ariz. -- Allied Waste Industries Inc. subsidiary Allied Waste North America Inc. has announced plans to sell $500 million in senior notes. Proceeds will be used to repay portions of term loans under its senior secured credit facility.
