Aluminum To Surpass Plastic in 2001 Vehicles

news agency has reported that aluminum will become the third most-used material in vehicles, surpassing plastic, in the 2001 model year. "The use of aluminium in autos will be up 50 percent in five years," said analyst Stewart Spector, president of The Spector Report.
