Blood Donations
Many American Red Cross centers also have recommended the public spread out blood donations over the coming weeks. To Make a Blood Donation: Call toll-free 1-800 HELP-NOW (800-435-7669) Spanish toll free number: (800) 257-7575.

New Volunteers
The Red Cross also has thousands of trained volunteers ready to respond to disasters throughout the country. If you want to become trained in Red Cross Disaster Services, please contact your local Chapter later in the week to help reduce current volume, which is extremely high.
