Cummins Submits Second Engine for EPA Certification

Columbus, Ind. -- Cummins Inc. has submitted its 5.9 liter ISB engine for certification to the Washington, D.C.-based U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) 2.5-gram Nox + NMHC standard. Production will begin upon receipt of certification, which is expected by early summer.
