Detroit Diesel Submits More Engines for October Certification

Detroit — Detroit Diesel Corp. has submitted emissions certification applications for itsSeries 60 diesel engines to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Washington, D.C. These initial emissions certification applications will cover 20 of the currently available Series 60 engine ratings, all of which will comply with the October 2002 emissions requirements, the company says.
