GreenMan Plans To Acquire Scrap Tire Company

Lynnfield, Mass. -- GreenMan Technologies Inc. has signed a letter of intent to acquire the tire collection operations of Minnesota-based R&Recycling Co. GreenMan will consolidate R&business into existing GreenMan Technologies of Minnesota operations and anticipates closing the transaction early next month.
