Lynnfield, Mass. — GreenMan Technologies Inc. has reported third quarter 2002 net income of $431,000, compared with net income of $211,000 for the same quarter last year. Operating income was $762,000, compared with operating income of $477,000 for the same quarter last year. And net sales were $7.18 million, compared with net sales of $5.78 million for the same quarter last year.
