Gundle/SLT Reports Second Quarter Increase

Houston -- Gundle/SLT Environmental Inc. has reported second quarter 2002 net income of $6 million, excluding a charge from the purchase of Serrot International Inc., compared with net income of $846,000 for the same quarter last year. The company also has reported revenue of $81.9 million, compared with revenue of $47 million for the same quarter last year.
