Head of Freightliner Steps Down

Frankfurt, Germany — James Hebe, head of DaimlerChrysler's U.S. truck unit Freightliner, stepped down Friday after a year of deep losses. Reiner Schmueckle, formerly with DaimlerChrysler, has replaced Hebe as head of the unit.
