Sterling Heights, Mich. – McClain Industries Inc. terminated their Securities and Exchange Commission registration Dec. 12. As a result of the termination, the company no longer will list its shares on the Nasdaq SmallCap market. Ronald Briggs, Raymond Elliott and Walter Kirchberger resigned as directors of the company. McClain Industries manufactures solid waste handling and transportation equipment for the waste disposal and recycling industry.
