New York – Officials announced that the city will have plastic and metal recycling collection services by July. A recycling company, Hugo Neu Schnitzer East, Jersey City, N.J., has agreed to take the recyclables for $5.15 per ton, which is less expensive than the recycling programs suspended last July.
