Ohio EPA Announces Controversial Brownfields Management Plan

Columbus — A new brownfields management plan from the Emergency and Remedial Response Division of Ohio's Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is drawing criticism from environmentalists who say the plan is complicated and does not allow enough public involvement.
