Columbus — A new brownfields management plan from the Emergency and Remedial Response Division of Ohio's Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is drawing criticism from environmentalists who say the plan is complicated and does not allow enough public involvement. The plan includes two separate cleanup programs, only one of which is sanctioned by the U.S. EPA in Washington, D.C. To view the plan, visit www.epa.state.oh.us/derr/derrsmp.html.
