OSHA Extends Harwood Grant Deadline

Washington, D.C. -- The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has extended its application deadline for $6.6 million in Susan Harwood training grants from June 21 to July 5, 2002.

Grants will be awarded to organizations that propose to educate workers and employers in small businesses, non-English-speaking workers, and workers employed in high-hazard industries or industries with high fatality rates.
