Restaurant Association Report Notes Increase in Recycling and Conservation Efforts

Washington, D.C. — The National Restaurant Association has released a study highlighting the effects from the current energy crisis. As part of their efforts to conserve energy and keep expenses down, nearly seven out of every 10 resauranteurs surveyed said they are reducing garbage collection and disposal costs by initiating recycling programs.
