Marc J. Rogoff, a vice president with HDR Engineering Inc., Tampa, Fla., has been appointed to a two-year term with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA), Washington, D.C., National Advisory Council for Environmental Policy and Technology (NACEPT). Rogoff will help to define links between the EPA's human resource planning, information and technology, future environmental policy and strategic planning processes.
Rogoff serves as chairman of several national and statewide technical committees for professional associations and has written several textbooks on public works management and recycling. He also has produced more than 75 technical papers and professional presentations.
