San Francisco Raises Recycling Goal

San Francisco -- San Francisco's Board of Supervisors have voted to increase the city's recycling goal to a 75 percent diversion rate by 2010. Currently, San Francisco recycles 46 percent of its waste. The state recycling mandate is 50 percent.
