Waste Holdings Reports on Shareholders Meeting

Raleigh, N.C. — Waste Holdings Inc., formerly Waste Industries Inc., announced the results of its annual shareholders meeting, held May 30. Directors Lonnie C. Poole Jr., Jim W. Perry, Paul L. Brunswick, J. Gregory Poole Jr., Thomas F. Darden and Thomas C. Cannon were re-elected at the meeting.
