Waste Industries Hires New Division VP

Raleigh, N.C. -- Waste Industries USA Inc. has hired Jim Waters as its division vice president overseeing Georgia, Florida and South Carolina. Waters previously had worked for Waste Management Inc., Houston, for 27 years before most recently serving as president of Earth Resource Management, Boca Raton, Fla.
