Waste Management of Florida Sells Landfill

Jacksonville, Fla. — The Sunbeam Landfill, owned by Houston-based Waste Management Inc. subsidiary Waste Management of Florida Inc., has been sold to Atlanta-based Brownfield Properties LLC. The new owners of the 225-acre site plan to create an 18-hole golf course community.
