In November 2016, the Town of Jupiter, Fla., considered its hauler options and decided to keep its current hauler Waste Management. This decision sparked a debate with Advanced Disposal Services, which filed a bid protest asking the Town of Jupiter to void its contract with Waste Management and award the contract to Advanced Disposal.
