WCA Names Dianna Cervantes as New CFO
Cervantes will lead and provide senior management oversite to the company’s accounting, financial planning, treasury and risk management operations.
WCA Waste Corporation has named Dianna Cervantes as its new CFO, effective November 14, 2016. As CFO, Cervantes will lead and provide senior management oversite to the company’s accounting, financial planning, treasury and risk management operations.

I expect her to have an immediate impact and help scale our business for long-term operational and financial success,” said Bill Caesar, CEO of WCA, in a press release. “Her 16 years of financial leadership experience will be instrumental in providing the finance vision and strategy to help our organization reach its goals.”
Cervantes has more than 10 years of experience in the waste industry, including serving in various financial reporting and analysis roles for Waste Management. And she most recently serves as vice president and chief accounting officer for Rockwater Energy Solutions in Houston, where she led a team of more than 40 accountants and managed the external audit process.
