WCA Waste Corporation Acquires Flynn’s Raytown Disposal

WCA Waste Corporation (WCA), the Houston-based solid waste services company, has acquired Flynn’s Raytown Disposal in Raytown, Mo. WCA will assume operation of all services to Flynn’s customers both residential and commercial, and it will also retain all former Flynn’s employees.

WCA, which provides services to more than 500,000 customers across 10 states, will gain approximately 5,500 new customers with this acquisition.

“We are excited about this opportunity for growth and look forward to the providing the same great service that Raytown customers have come to expect,” stated WCA Waste Regional Vice President Al Blease in a statement. “We are happy to have a dedicated team of solid waste professionals join the WCA family, and we look forward to combining our many years of industry knowledge to offer the best service for our customers in the Raytown community.”
