Wisconsin Counties to Open Single-Stream MRF

On July 13, Brown, Outagamie and Winnebago counties in Wisconsin will open the Tri-County Single-Stream Recycling facility.

The $9.9 million facility will serve over 60 communities and 200,000 households. Initially, the site will process 50,000 tons of recyclables a year, but it has the capacity to process 80,000 tons a year. The plant will employ 25 people and will be run by Outagamie County.
