The new deadline for subscriptions is Monday, August 8th, at 5:00 p.m. After the subscription period is closed, the City will review the number of subscriptions and decide if they will implement a curbside recycling program.
Mayor Archibald claims that the program would cost nearly $13 a month with the nine hundred subscribers they have now, and they hope to get enough additional subscribers to lower the price down to $5 to $7.
