Freedom Waste Helps 9-Year-Old Boy Celebrate Birthday

Freedom Waste showed up to the party with a number of garbage trucks, staff and presents, including a customized shirt and a professional framed photo of a garbage truck.

Isaac Lindsay, a 9-year-old Farmington, Mo., resident who is passionate about the waste industry, recently had a surprise birthday party planned by his mother and waste hauler Freedom Waste. Freedom Waste showed up to the party with a number of garbage trucks, staff and presents, including a customized shirt and a professional framed photo of a garbage truck.

This birthday party was very special to Isaac because he has built up a relationship with Freedom Waste’s employees over the years. He typically visits the Freedom Waste’s headquarters once a month and brings drawings, ‘thank you’ cards, paintings and cardboard models of trash trucks for the employees.

Isaac Lindsay had a very special surprise for his 9th birthday.

According to his mother, Laura, Isaac has loved trash trucks since the age of 2.

“He makes model trash trucks out of cardboard,” Laura said. “And, he brings presents to the employees at Freedom Waste. He’s been doing that for a while now.”
