Dear Readers,

I hope that you and your families are staying safe and well, and thank you for your continued support of Waste360 and WasteExpo during this challenging year.

WasteExpo has made the proactive decision to reschedule WasteExpo 2021 from its original dates in April to June 28-30, 2021 in Las Vegas.

This decision was made with our community in mind, as many of you have expressed an interest in postponing the event to provide some breathing room and instill confidence in a successful 2021 event for all involved.

WasteExpo will adapt the Informa AllSecure Plan at our June 2021 event. AllSecure is our parent company Informa’s approach to ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and operational effectiveness for all participants.

In addition to the safety protocols in place for WasteExpo 2021, The Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) has been awarded the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) STAR facility accreditation by ISSA, the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association. The GBAC program is the gold standard for safe facilities, and was designed to control the risks associated with infectious agents, including COVID-19.

Our amazing industry continues to show its resilience on a daily basis from the frontlines to the back offices – and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Thanks for reading and stay well,

Liz Bothwell
