Indianapolis Colts, Republic Services to Hold Electronic Recycling Event

Indianapolis residents will be able to bring electronics to Lucas Oil Stadium for a free recycling event and could score some Colts gear in the process.

Indianapolis residents will be able to bring electronics to Lucas Oil Stadium for a free recycling event and could score some Colts gear in the process.

In a few weeks, on October 7, Lucas Oil Stadium will be holding a free electronics recycling event from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Colts and their partner Republic Services will be putting on the event which is open to businesses as well.

Those interested in bringing their electronics to recycle just need to simply show up at the stadium and the staff at the event will help unload and safely dispose of the items.

As a bonus, the first 400 cars that show up to drop off electronics will receive a free Colts hat, a reusable bag made from recyclable materials, and other giveaways. Fans can also interact with Colts cheerleaders and the team’s mascot, Blue, who will be there to thank those who attend.
