247inktoner.com, an online printer and toner cartridge supplier, is offering a free toner cartridge recycling program.

The Las Vegas based-company said in a news release that anyone with at least eight cartridges can contact the firm and receive a prepaid shipping label to use to send in their spent cartridges for recycling.

The company has created a new page on its website designed to assist customers in submitting a request to recycle their old toner cartridges.

"We're very excited to offer this service to our clients and do our part to help reduce the number of these cartridges that wind up in landfills, and get them into recycling centers where they can be transformed into useful products rather than adding to the pollution problem," said company owner Calvin Yu.
