  • Clean Energy Fuels, Seal Beach, Calif., acquired Dallas Clean Energy for $19.1 million.

  • OAKLEAF, East Hartford, Conn., was named to Inc. 5000 magazine's list of the fastest growing private companies in the United States.

  • The Richmond, Calif., facility of Veolia ES Technical Solutions, Lombard, Ill., earned STAR status from the California Voluntary Protection Program.

  • Olof and Mary Hallstrom have sold their majority ownership interests in Hallco Manufacturing, Tillamook, Ore., to Mike Almond of Australia, who changed the company's name to Hallco Industries. Hallco also has announced the following executive changes: Steve Hallstrom, company president; Dan Hallstrom, vice president of manufacturing; Charles Russell, vice president of sales/marketing; and Jack McClave, chief financial officer.
