Longtime readers of Waste Age will remember our Annual Equipment Color and Design Contest. After a two-year hiatus, we’re bringing it back. If it’s involved in cleaning up and looks sharp, we want to see it.
Entries will be judged on originality of design, business logo or other illustration and use of color. Both private and public refuse haulers can enter in any or all categories. The categories include:
- Front loader truck
- Side loader truck
- Vacuum tank truck
- Recycling vehicle
- Rear loader truck
- Container - commercial
- Container - recycling
- Transfer trailer
- Sweeper
- Roll-off/tilt frame/container
To enter, please send an email to steven.averett@penton.com containing the following:
- High-res photo(s) of the piece(s) of equipment you want to highlight.
- Any unique details about the significance of the design.
- Make and model of the equipment.
- Details about the firm or municipality that operates the equipment.
Winners will appear in a subsequent issue of Waste Age and in a featured gallery on waste360.com.
