EQ Opens Las Vegas Environmental Services Center

EQ – The Environmental Quality Co. has opened an environmental services center in Las Vegas, with operations including waste disposal and transportation.

Specifically, services EQ Las Vegas will provide include: hazardous and non-hazardous waste transportation and disposal; industrial cleaning and maintenance; site remediation, including management of contaminated sites; and lab packing and small quantity chemical management services. The Las Vegas operation will use a full fleet ofspecialized equipment to handle a variety of services, the Wayne, Mich.-based company said in a news release.

“The addition of the Las Vegas service center will add to the successful growth that we have experienced as a company,” said Tom Schuck, executive vice president of EQ. “Incorporating EQ Las Vegas into our network will broaden our capacity to provide quality environmental services to our customers, especially in the western (United States).”

EQ now operates 27 recycling, treatment, disposal and service facilities throughout the U.S. and manages a full line of remediation, industrial cleaning, emergency response and total waste management services nationwide.
