Advanced Disposal Services Inc. has acquired certain assets of M.A.S.S. Services Inc., which does business as The Dumpster Company.

The Ponte Vedra, Fla.-based Advanced Disposal said in a news release that the acquisition of the Alpharetta  Ga.-based Dumpster Company expands the company’s Atlanta residential collection footprint.

The acquisition, for an undisclosed amount, includes 600 residential customers. Advanced Disposal will serve those customers from its Ball Ground, Ga. location.

The company will dispose of the waste collected from the new customers at its Eagle Point Landfill.

"The Dumpster Company presented a unique opportunity to tuck in new residential customers into our existing collection operations; thus, increasing efficiencies and densities while growing our operations," said Charlie Gray, Advanced Disposal regional vice president.
