Advanced Disposal Services Inc. has purchased Cooper County Trash and MFG LLC, expanding its position in Missouri.

The Ponte Vedra, Fla.-based Advanced Disposal said in a news release that the assets acquired from the Bunceton, Mo.-based Cooper include two mixed residential and commercial routes. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The newly acquired routes will be served from Advanced Disposal’s Missouri hauling locations in Booneville and Macon. The municipal solid waste collected will be delivered to Advanced Disposal’s Maple Hill Landfill in Macon, Mo.

“We are excited about the addition to our Missouri operations,” said Jay Rooney, Advanced Disposal regional vice president.

The acquisition represents Advanced Disposal’s 15th acquisition in 2013 and seventh in the Midwest region.
