SWANA Announces Facility Tours for WASTECON

The Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) has announced three facility tours that will take place on Monday, Sept. 21, during the WASTECON show in Long Beach, Calif.

Each tour will last the full day, and lunch will be provided. The tours are:

The Power Tour, which will take attendees to the Southeast Resource Recovery Facility, the Los Angeles County’s Joint Water Pollution Control Plant, the offices of Interior Removal Specialists and the Puente Hills Landfill.

The Efficiency Tour, which will take attendees to the Frank R. Bowerman Landfill, and the offices of Clean Energy and E-Recycling of California.

The Innovation Tour, which will take attendees to the offices of Downtown Diversion, L.A. Shares, Rehrig Pacific and Republic’s Bel Art Transfer Station.
