Longwood, Fla.-based Waste Pro has purchased a 77,000-square-foot American LaFrance manufacturing facility in Seminole County, Fla. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The site will be used as Waste Pro’s central Florida headquarters and will house the fleet, maintenance and administrative operations for the region. From the facility, Waste Pro will service its contracts with Seminole County; the cities of Casselberry, Sanford, Longwood, Winter Springs and Deltona; and approximately 1,600 individual commercial accounts.
