Plano, Texas -- A U.S. bankruptcy court has confirmed Safety-Kleen’s proposed plan of reorganization that is expected to lift the company out of bankruptcy to emerge within the third quarter of 2003, according to news sources. Safety-Kleen voluntarily entered into Chapter 11 protection June 9, 2000.
