SWANA Announces New President

Silver Spring, Md. -- John Skinner, executive director and chief executive officer of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), has announced Al Lynch, waste reduction manager for the North Shore Recycling Program in British Columbia, is the new president of SWANA. Lynch has been a SWANA member since 1990, and last year he has been serving as vice president of the SWANA International Board and Executive Committee.
