Meridian Waste Expands Presence in North Carolina with Acquisition of Tin Cans LLC

Meridian Waste North Carolina has announced its latest acquisition with its Tin Cans LLC asset purchase.

Meridian Waste North Carolina has announced its latest acquisition with its Tin Cans LLC asset purchase.

The asset purchase includes rolls of collection vehicles, containers, and contracts in several counties throughout North Carolina. The assets will be relocated from Lillington, NC to Meridian Waste’s exiting hauling company in Goldston. Staff will transition to Meridian Waste as well.

“The Tin Cans acquisition follows the purchase of Carolina Waste allowing Meridian Waste to grow at a strong pace throughout the Triad counties of North Carolina,” stated Patrick Messinger, area president in North Carolina.

“The central corridor of the state is seeing incredible expansion in manufacturing, commercial and residential construction, and operations. Meridian Waste will provide construction and demolition (C&D) collection and disposal, portable toilet rentals, and permanent waste and recycling for all different sizes and types of businesses and residential units.
