The city of Odessa, Texas has announced a new partnership that will allow them to expand the city’s recycling programs.

The city of Odessa, Texas has announced a new partnership that will allow them to expand the city’s recycling programs.

Odessa is teaming up with the Diamondback Solid Waste Facility and Recycling Center, which is operated by a local family. The center is the largest recycling center between El Paso and Fort Worth.

The Valenzuela's, owners of the recycling facility, first started Basin Disposal, a waste hauling business, 21 years ago before taking ownership of Diamondback.
