Train Avenue in Cleveland’s Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood has become the site of unwanted trash drop-offs in recent years.
Residents of the area are upset with the response from government workers.
While the trash does get collected sometimes, garbage is dropped off often enough that it still piles on the road. Nina Lester, a local who frequently uses this road says she is upset by people treating her neighbor like a landfill.
