Geocycle Acquires Premier Environmental Management

Geocycle US, Dundee, Mich., has acquired Premier Environmental Management, St. George, S.C. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Since January 2006, Premier Environmental Management has processed 70 million pounds of recoverable materials for use in cement kilns.
